Welcome

Along with excitement and new opportunities, college can bring on a new host of challenges and stressors that can interfere with academic success. Our mission is to provide high quality services for students from all backgrounds. From individual counseling to online resources, the Counseling Center is here for you.

Reach out to your peers by becoming a Counseling Outreach Peer Educator (COPE). Develop your leadership and presentation skills while educating on services offered by the Counseling Center.
The Sexual Assault Resource Team (SART) offers anonymous help over the phone to any student who has experienced any sexual assault or misconduct. Trained volunteers are available 24/7 by calling 305-798-6666.

Looking for support from your peers who have had similar experiences? With a wide variety to choose from, groups are a great way for you to find support during your time on campus.

If you are looking for self-help, you have come to the right place. Find meditation apps, online mental health assessments and other online resources.
